Malgorzata’s Journey at Hemfrid 
Malgorzata has been a valued part of our team in Norrköping since 2018. Over her years at Hemfrid, she has worked with various tasks, including deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, building a wealth of experience. Today, Malgorzata is part of Hemfrid’s team that focuses on regular home cleaning. In this role, she creates order and comfort in customers’ homes, often once a week or every other week. The recurring nature of the work allows her to build strong relationships with her customers and truly understand their needs and preferences. 

What’s included in a home cleaning assignment? 
When Malgorzata cleans for Hemfrid’s customers, she focuses on creating a clean and harmonious home. Typical tasks include: 
• Cleaning bathrooms 
• Cleaning kitchens 
• Dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping floors 
Working in someone else’s home requires both precision and respect. “It’s important to handle customers’ belongings with care and always leave the home in the best possible condition,” explains Malgorzata. 

The Best Part of the Job 
When asked what she appreciates most about her work, Malgorzata mentions several things. One of the greatest advantages is working with recurring customers. “I have had many of my customers for several years. You get to know them and their preferences. When they are happy with my work, I feel truly appreciated.” 

She also highlights the freedom of organizing her work on her own. “I like working alone! I get to plan and use my time in a way that suits me best. I never feel stressed and have learned how to prioritize my time effectively.” 

And her favorite part of cleaning? “I don’t actually have a favorite. Everything is equally enjoyable!” 

A Typical Workday 
Malgorzata’s workday usually begins around 8:00 with her first customer of the day. A typical day includes two cleaning assignments: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each session lasts between three and four hours, depending on the size of the home and the customer’s needs. 

Between assignments, she sometimes stops by the office to have lunch with her colleagues. “It’s a nice break where we get time to talk and socialize,” she shares. 

Each cleaning session begins with a walk-through of the customer’s home, where Malgorzata plans how to best use her time. “It’s important to be structured and have a clear plan to ensure efficient and thorough work,” she says. She typically starts with the kitchen, continues with the bathroom, and finishes by dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the floors in the other rooms. 

“For me, it’s important to work systematically,” explains Malgorzata. “I always work from top to bottom and from clean to dirty, which ensures good hygiene.” 

This methodical and thorough approach allows Malgorzata not only to deliver high quality but also to create a clean and harmonious home for her customers.
