• What garden services do you provide?

  The foundation of our garden subscription includes lawn mowing, trimming, watering, and clearing pathways and surfaces. Depending on the season, we prioritize the most essential tasks, such as plant protection in winter and leaf management in autumn.

  In addition, you can add the following services to your subscription or book them as one-time services: Replanting, lawn care, tree pruning, hedge trimming, and garden waste removal.

  You can also book the following services as one-time options: Deck maintenance, pool care, tree felling, stump grinding, arborist services, restoration of stone pathways, stone paving, garden design and planning, garden restoration, and other professional gardening services.

  Please note that garden waste removal is not eligible for the RUT tax deduction.

• How do I book garden services?

  You can book garden services by filling out the form at the top of the page. Once we receive your request, one of our experts will contact you to discuss your needs and schedule your service.

• Can I customize my subscription?

  Yes, the basic subscription covers essential seasonal tasks, but you can add extra services based on your garden’s unique needs—whether as ongoing maintenance or a one-time project.

• What if I need to adjust my services during the year?

  We understand that needs change, which is why our subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can easily add or adjust services as needed—either seasonally or for specific projects.

• Do you offer one-time services?

  Yes! We provide a wide range of one-time services, including tree pruning, stump grinding, stone pathway restoration, and garden design. Contact us for a price estimate.

• What does gardening on a subscription mean?

  A garden subscription means you pay a fixed monthly fee and can rest assured that your garden is in expert hands. With seasonally adapted services, we visit your garden regularly to keep it well-maintained, tidy, and beautiful all year round.

• Do you bring you own tools and appliences?

  Yes, we bring everything like lawn mowers, ladders, tools, manure or bags with us. If you want us to water your garden you need to supply a water hose and access to water.

• What happens if I'm not happy with the results?

  As a customer you always have a guarantee on any work performed. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us at tradgard@hemfrid.se or call our customer service at 010-555 85 00.

• In which cities do you offer gardening services?

  At the moment we offer gardening services in Stockholm and the surrounding area. If you enter your postcode in the box at the top of the page, you can see if we offer gardening services where you live.

• Are your gardeners trained?

  All our gardeners are educated and our garden staff of course have certificates for heavy machinery.

• Do you come for a visit before you present a price proposal?

  Of course, if the assignment requires a customer visit, we will come out and take a look. However, most of the time, a description and a picture will be sufficient for us to get back to you with a price proposal.

• How does billing and payment work?

  You pay a fixed monthly fee for your garden subscription. Any additional services outside your subscription will be invoiced separately.
