- We clean all sides of your windows for a consistently clear result.
- We provide all necessary window cleaning equipment and high-quality cleaning products.
- Our window cleaners are fully insured, and we carry liability insurance to cover any potential damages.
- We can clean windows even in rain or snow (we clean down to -15°C).
- For the best results, we recommend adding a frame cleaning service (including window sashes).
- We clean skylights from the inside that can be reached with poles and have a maximum height of 3.5 meters.
Good to know:
- We do not clean windows that are damaged or cannot be opened normally—please inform us in advance.
- We only clean windows at a maximum height of 3.5 meters from the floor/ground.
- For windows over 3 meters that cannot be reached with our extension poles, a ladder is required. If unavailable, we can bring one for an additional cost—please notify us in advance. Note: Ladders in your home with two legs must have a maximum height of 2 meters to ensure the safety of our staff. Ladders exceeding this height must have four legs for increased stability.
- Due to the risk of damage, we do not clean blinds.
- We do not clean window sills.

- Do I have to be home when you clean the windows?
No, you do not have to be at home if you hand in keys at our office or let us in via code lock.
In order for us to be able to clean, you need to move furniture that stands in the way. Also empty the window sills. If the windows have window locks, present the keys so we can unlock them. You can find more information in our service list for window cleaning.
- Can you clean even during winter?
Yes! We will clean your windows, even if it rains or snow and down to minus 15 degrees Celsius.
- How is the price for window cleaning calculated?
When you book, you state how many windows you have and what type of window it is. The price is based on the information you have entered. In order for us to make a correct assessment, it is important that you provide the correct information about your windows in your booking.
- When will I get the invoice?
We will send an invoice to you approximately 2 weeks after the service has been completed.
