Sustainability report 2019

In Hemfrid's Sustainability Report for 2019, you can read more about our ambitions going forward and what opportunities and challenges we work with.

In 2019, we have had a strong focus on opportunities for our employees to develop - including the digitalisation of the Homeland Security Academy and opportunities to become better at Swedish. 151 employees participated in our language training with Swedish for Professionals and we arranged three language cafés.

Important highlights in 2019 were also more collaborations with municipalities and social entrepreneurs to create faster paths to jobs, including the Stockholm City Integration Pact and the Job Entry. More smart solutions for the home simply provide more secure jobs.
