What is included in our home cleaning?
Experience an easier everyday life with regular house cleaning. You choose whether you want cleaning, every week, every two weeks or every month. Here you will find our general moment lists.
General cleaning in all rooms
Our home cleaning includes the following cleaning services as a standard in all rooms:
- Vacuuming of floors, moldings, electrical sockets, radiators, carpets, and upholstered textile furniture.
- Mopping of floors or other types of cleaning according to agreement.
- Wipe off doors and frames where we can access them.
- Dry dusting of windowsills and free surfaces.
- Dry dusting of lamps, shelves, and picture frames that we can access.
- Dry dusting of electronics (not the screen).
- Mirror polishing.
- Make the beds.
- Empty and wipe rubbish bins.
Bathrooms
We perform general cleaning steps, as well as:
- Cleaning bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets.
- Wipe off stains from walls.
- Wipe off bathroom cabinets and appliances.
Kitchen
We perform general cleaning steps, as well as:
- Cleaning the sink and kitchen counter, stove, and wall behind the stove and sink.
- Cleaning microwave interior and exterior.
- Interior and exterior cleaning of cabinets where rubbish bins are located.
- Wipe off kitchen doors.
- Wipe off the kitchen fan and the outside of other appliances.
- Emptying the household rubbish.

Deep cleaning
Sometimes, your home needs a thorough cleaning, down to the smallest detail. When we do a deep clean, we clean everything from the most extensive surfaces to the tiniest details. We meticulously clean every room, including floor drains and kitchen exhaust hoods. If you need extra help, you can add oven cleaning, interior cleaning of the refrigerator and freezer, balcony cleaning, silver polishing, and more.
Window cleaning
Our experienced window cleaners help you get your windows free from splashes and dirt. We can assist with everything from standard windows to glazed balconies and skylights. Naturally, fully insured and with a quality guarantee. For the best results, we recommend that you also book a frame wash where we clean the window sashes and frames.

- What is included in our home cleaning?
Here you can read more about which cleaning steps are included in our home cleaning. Our Eco-Friendly Cleaining Products are included for home cleaning subscribers and will be delivered to your home and refilled when needed. You can find more information in our service list for home cleaning.
- What does our home cleaning cost?
Your price is based on how many hours of cleaning you want each time and how often. You can see your price directly in the booking flow, and you can always be contacted by one of our experts if you have special requests. As a subscription customer with us, you pay a fixed monthly fee for your cleaning, giving you complete control over your costs.
- Can I cancel or reschedule a cleaning occasion?
Ofcourse! In our Hemfrid app you can easily reschedule or cancel your booking. You can also reach out to your Area Manager.
- What happens if my Hemfridare is not available?
We strive for the same person to clean every time. But in the event of illness or a holiday, for example, we make sure that someone else from our cleaning team is at your service. Everyone in our cleaning team has the same training as your regular Hemfridare. They look at your cleaning instructions to know how you want it. Therefore, it is important that the instructions are up to date. Feel free to check your cleaning instructions in the app and update them if there is something you want to change or add.
- How does timbanken work?

We help with everything from ironing and laundry to changing sheets and picking up children's toys. If you need to re-book, the hours are saved in your Timebank and can be used at another time. With us, you always get personal service with tailor-made solutions. We are here for you.
